What you’ll cover
The programme unfolds across three lenses – each one building on the last to take you from a deeper understanding of yourself as a leader, to leading others more effectively, to leading at an organisational level with confidence and strategic clarity.
Lens 1: Lead Yourself | Weeks 1-9
The most effective leaders start with self-awareness. This lens explores future-ready leadership, emotional intelligence, how to lead with real impact, and the courageous conversations that define great leadership. Live workshops focus on moving from command to collaboration, and building influence and connection.
Lens 2: Lead Others | Weeks 10-16
This lens equips you to lead teams through change with clarity and confidence. Using our structured EVOLVE change framework – Engage, Validate, Own, Learn, Verify, Elevate – you’ll build the practical tools to bring people with you, even through difficult transitions.
Lens 3: Lead the Organisation | Weeks 17-23
The final lens lifts your perspective to the strategic level – exploring storytelling and strategy, inclusive leadership, building cultures of innovation, systems thinking, and decision-making under uncertainty. This is where individual leadership becomes organisational impact.
How it works
Each lens combines self-paced modules on our learning platform with live online workshops and drop-in reflection sessions. You’ll have six months of platform access in total, giving you the flexibility to revisit content and embed your learning at your own pace.
