Why are we doing this?

At Bauer Academy, we passionately believe in every young person’s potential, regardless of background or academic experience.

With the world rapidly changing, especially due to the impact of the pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis, we understand the challenges facing young people today. From disrupted education to the impact of the pandemic on mental health, navigating the career path can feel daunting.

That’s why we are proud to have partnered with KFC to help change the way Gen Z are viewed by employers, and to give young people the opportunities they deserve.

Operating inside Bauer Media, one of the world’s largest privately owned media businesses, our learning is approached from an employer’s perspective, and our training methods are tried and tested.
