The Method

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is based on “thinking with your hands.”

In a session, trained facilitators guide participants through questions or prompts tailored to the session’s goals. As participants build models, they engage their minds in new ways, often uncovering ideas that wouldn’t emerge in typical discussions.

The models help to:
