Meet the Safeguarding Team
Your Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is Heidi Walker
Heidi has over 15 years of experience in safeguarding in FE and Adult Education and as a Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Your Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO) is Paula Whitelock
Paula has been actively involved in the Bauer Academy’s safeguarding since joining in 2018 and is currently training as a wellbeing practitioner.
